Browsing profiles and making contact will be free. Rio Pulse will not charge commission on a tour or hide a guide's contact details.
For professional guides
Approved guides will pay one transparent monthly fee to keep a profile active and receive enquiries. There will be no booking fee.
Membership does not buy rank
Paying for a professional account will not buy editorial coverage or a hidden organic ranking. Any sponsored placement will be labelled clearly.
How approval will work
- Identity and professional credentials supplied by the guide
- Languages, specialities, service area and contact details checked
- Periodic data reviews and a channel for reports
- Suspension or removal when the rules are breached
What the badge will mean
Approval will only confirm the information reviewed on that date; it is not a guarantee of quality, safety or tour outcomes. Before hiring, confirm scope, price, cancellation terms and credentials directly with the professional.
